Dog on the Moon

An illustration inspired by our dog Cooper who always looks like an astronaut whenever he has to wear a protective cone (usually to prevent him from chewing off his paws, until the allergy medications kick in). This project started as a small lino-cut stamp before I adapted it into a full composition. Look closely at the details in the sky. Not everything in outer space is what you would expect to see!
